DMCA Complaint Policy
Overview
Techkaro Private Limited respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Epilot to do the same. We respond promptly to clear, complete notices alleging copyright infringement on our service in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Submit a notice
A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following: (1) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on Epilot (URL or sufficient detail to locate it); (3) your full name, address, telephone number, and email address; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including: identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court and service of process; and your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA.
