Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued for monthly or annual plans unless explicitly stated below.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of the Basic and Pro plans. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within 7 days of your initial payment, contact us and we will process a full refund. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refunds.
Eligibility criteria
A refund request is eligible when: (1) it is submitted within 7 days of the original payment date, (2) it is for a first-time purchase (not a renewal), and (3) the account has not been suspended for Terms violations. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 7 days.
Refund process
Email support@techkaro.in with your registered phone number and the payment reference from Razorpay. We will verify eligibility and initiate the refund within 3 business days. Credit typically appears within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued if: the account was terminated for policy violations, the request is made after the 7-day window, the plan was purchased at a promotional or discounted price with explicit no-refund terms, or a chargeback has already been initiated through your bank.

Payments are processed by Techkaro Private Limited — B1/H3, Industrial Area, Block B, Mathura Road, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New South East, Delhi — 110044. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
