Acceptance
By accessing or using epilot you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including free, Basic, and Pro subscribers.
Permitted use
epilot is provided solely for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or resell any content. Automated access, bots, or tools that place unreasonable load on our servers are prohibited.
Accounts
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Sharing credentials or allowing third-party access is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Content & intellectual property
All question banks, explanations, articles, and platform design are owned by or licensed to epilot. Question content is based on publicly available DGCA syllabi; factual accuracy is not guaranteed. You may not copy or distribute content outside the platform.
Payments & subscriptions
Paid plans are billed via Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. For refunds, refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse. On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions relating to IP, liability, and disputes survive termination.
Limitation of liability
epilot is an educational aid and does not guarantee exam success or regulatory approval. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via the platform or registered contact details.
