Privacy Policy

We collect your phone number for OTP-based sign-in, basic account metadata (name if provided), and product usage events (pages visited, questions answered, scores) to improve the service. We do not collect payment card details — those are handled by Razorpay.

Your data is used to authenticate your account, personalise content (such as your progress and weak-chapter detection), and understand how features are used so we can improve them. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers strictly to operate Epilot — for example, an SMS provider to deliver OTPs, or a payment processor for subscription billing. All processors are required to handle data appropriately and use it only for the stated purpose.

We apply industry-standard controls including HTTPS, database encryption at rest, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure. Please use a trusted device and report any suspected security issue to support@techkaro.in promptly.

You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@techkaro.in. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days subject to legal retention requirements.
